Warranty and Return Policy

15-Day Genuine Discount Policy (Unopened & Unused Items)

Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery for unopened and unused items, subject to verification and approval.

Important Notes

  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging are required for RMA processing.
  • Media files must be well-lit, focused, and under 2MB.
  • If the item is determined not to be DOA, return shipping will not be covered.
  • Refunds for return shipping without a valid RMA receipt will not be accepted.

7-Day DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee

If you receive a damaged or non-functional item, contact our Help Center within 7 days of receipt. Once the defective item is received and verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

If you prefer not to receive a replacement, you may request a full refund. Return shipping fees for DOA cases will be reimbursed.

10-Day Defective Product Policy

For certain items, defects reported within 10 days of delivery are eligible for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are not covered under this policy.

Warranty Coverage & Exceptions

  • Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered.
  • All claims are evaluated by our technical team.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility except for DOA cases.
  • Replacements are shipped via flat-rate shipping.
  • Repairs or upgrades outside warranty are chargeable.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  • Describe the issue clearly, including order number and product SKU.
  • Mention troubleshooting steps already attempted.
  • Provide the product code from the outer packaging.
  • Upload clear photos or videos under good lighting.

Missing, Incorrect, or Mixed Items

Inspect packages before signing for delivery. If an issue is found, contact our Help Center with your order number and SKU.

  • Missing items will be resent free of charge within warranty.
  • Incorrect items may be refunded or exchanged.
  • Return shipping costs for incorrect items will be reimbursed.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 3–6 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Credit card refunds may take 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Transactions

  • All sales are final unless stated otherwise.
  • Refunds require proper verification.
  • Billing issues must be reported within 3 business days.
